When selling my property, Blackshaw Homes provided a professional service at all times. They used a professional photographer to photograph my property (allowing my home to be shown off to its best) and asked each and every viewer for detailed feedback which was passed back onto me after each viewing. We encountered a few problems when selling our house, including having to extend a lease and having potential issues arise on the property survey. Blackshaw managed the letting of our existing property in 2013 at the same time as the purchase of our new home - from start to finish their service was first class, they called with updates on a regular basis, gave unbiased advice, arrived promptly for appointments we booked with them, found and vetted very trustworthy tenants. We also used their recommended financial advisor and also found them to provide a sound service. Blackshaw even went the extra mile in writing up a contract for us when we had new tenants, we were under a time constraint and they not only offered the writing up of the contract at a very competitive rate, but they also did it within a day. There were a number of occasions where documents were hand delivered by Blackshaw, offering peace of mind that the processes would not be slowed up by "snail mail" or paperwork would not go missing in the post. We were so pleased with their service over the last few years that when my mother in law wanted to sell her property, we recommended Blackshaw, who have offered her an equally outstanding service. Highly recommended and we will certainly be using them for future property management requirements.
