Step 9 - Smoke detectors are located on every floor as well as carbon monoxide alarms in any room with a solid fuel combustion appliance.
Step 10 - Instruct Blackshaws to find your tenant and commence marketing campaign
Step 11 - Blackshaws have now found me a suitable tenant and terms have been agreed
Step 12 - Remove all relevant personal belongings so that Blackshaws Letting can prepare a full DVD inventory of the property and condition.
Step 13 - Obtain three sets of keys and provide them to Blackshaws.
Step 14 - Blackshaws must have a copy of a valid GAS SAFETY certificate and a copy of this needs to be provided to the tenant.
Congratulations, the tenancy can now start!
